Son of the Soil thrills

Many Batswana converged at Tashy Gardens in Boatle to celebrate Son of Soil. They came draped in beautiful attires representing different cultures. Among the crowd were people from neighbouring countries including eSwatini and South Africa. Setswana games, food and bojalwa jwa Setswana are part of the day's activities and folk songs, traditional dances, dikhwaere as well as Jazz music are order of the day. Photos: Felicity Male
