Local model, Junior Aabobe is the new KeNo Custom Suits brand ambassador.

Aabobe, who beat 10 other male contestants, was announced winner of the prestigious title at an event themed: Movember Masquerade, which was held at the Grand Aria in Gaborone recently.

He received a P12 000 Choppies voucher, a 12-month grooming session by Metro Men and a Builders Mart tool box.

Aabobe will also be gifted a P10 000 worth KeNo Suit and wardrobe makeover worth P24 000, among other prizes from various sponsors.

In his acceptance speech, Aabobe said he was thrilled and honoured to be named this year’s KeNo Custom Suits brand ambassador.

“This achievement is not only personal, but also a result of the incredible individuals who have supported me throughout my journey.

This is also a testament to the power of prayer and unwavering faith and it shows that hard work and positivity can lead to remarkable results,” he said.

He thanked KeNo Custom Suits for the opportunity as well as one of his mentors, King Vanderbilt for signing him to Empire Models in 2016 giving him the opportunity to begin his modeling career.

“I also want to thank Julie Juice of Juice model management for guiding my international modeling career,” he added.

He also appreciated other competitors, saying ‘your exceptional talent and dedication during the competition pushed me to bring out the best in me’.

He said each of them contributed to creating an environment of creativity and growth.

“I sincerely wish you all the best in your future endeavors and I am confident that your boundless talent would lead to remarkable success,” he said.

One of the KeNo Custom Suits founder, Thobo Kerekang, thanked the contestants for believing in the brand.

He also thanked the clients who had been supporting them for the past nine years.

Meanwhile, guests were dressed to the nines with many of them donning KeNo suits and elegant gowns.
