MPs office relocates to Nata
19 Aug 2018
Nata-Gweta constituency residents have been urged to use the constituency office.
Nata-Gweta office of Parliament senior administrator/research officer, Revered Paul Magume said the office has relocated from Sowa Town to Nata because there was a challenge of accessing it as public transport to Sowa Town was scarce.
Reverend Magume said the relocation was intended to make the office easily accessible to all residents of the constituency.
He said the office, which consists of the library, has parliamentary documents such as hansard, constitution, bills, government gazette and others, which he said could help the public on matters relating to Parliament.
He said in an interview recently that the office was intended to help the public with various matters, more especially the youth on their projects’ challenges.
Mr Magume said in most villages, beneficiaries of poverty eradication programme did not receive all required equipment for their projects. ENDS
