Thapong hosts fine art exhibition

Thapong Visual Arts Centre will tomorrow (March 7) host a fine art exhibition, which will be their second event this year following the success of the Lora Arts Expression Contest expo held last month.
Speaking in an interview, coordinator of the centre, Reginald Bakwena said tomorrow’s exhibition will see Wilson Ngoni and Rebecca De Figueiredo’s recent artworks being displayed.
He indicated that Thapong Visual Arts Centre was a place where artists could be groomed and get exposure. Mr Bakwena called for the support of artists and for people to appreciate the work that went into an art piece.
The exhibition will opened at 1830hrs and will run to March 21, with the centre opening on weekdays and Saturday. ENDS
