Minister refutes dog allowance allegations

Minister for State President, Defence and Security, Mr Moeti Mohwasa says there is no dog allowance for ministers and assistant ministers.
Minister Mohwasa said this in response to a parliamentary question recently. The minister told Parliament that Cabinet had not at any time during the current and previous administration enjoyed the alleged dog allowance.
Minister Mohwasa was responding to a question from Member of Parliament for Thamaga/Kumakwane, Mr Palelo Motaosane.Mr Motaosane had asked the minister to clarify the alleged P8 500 dog allowance for ministers and assistant ministers. end
