Chief Magistrate, Ms Kamogelo Mmesi of Extension II Magistrate Court has extended to August 18, the remand warrant of murder accused person, Karabo Kgosimore.

Kgosimore (22) of Lesunyaneng Ward in Tlokweng appeared before the magistrate court on July 10 for his status hearing case.  

He did not make any attempt for bail when asked if there was anything he wanted to address to the court.

During his maiden appearance in court on June 20, after he was arraigned for the murder of his mother in Tlokweng, Magistrate Mmesi indicated that the accused person would be remanded in custody to allow the police to complete their investigations.

Kgosimore is charged for killing Constance Kgosimore on or about June 18th in Tlokweng.

The accused person is self-represented while the prosecution is represented by Mr Othusitse Moatlhodi of the Directorate of Public Prosecutions. ENDS
