Bail hearing for arson accused June 16

A bail hearing for the accused person linked to setting Mmathubudukwane Police Station on fire has been set for June 16.
Ian Bafo Legobo aged 39 years, was briefly arraigned before Mochudi Magistrate court yesterday.
Particulars of the offence are that the accused, on or before May 16, wilfully and unlawfully set fire to Mmathubudukwane Police Station, contrary to Section 326(a) of the penal code cap 08.01 of the Laws of Botswana on arson. ENDS
