 A 23 year-old woman Gomotsang Maluke of Mmopi ward in Mathangwane, accused of killing a Zimbabwe national, has been granted bail. Maluke  is accused of the murder of Prince Mvundla aged 36, the boyfriend to her sister on May 9.

 Appearing before Principal Magistrate Tshepo Magetse of Francistown Magistrate Court yesterday, the accused was asked to provide two sureties to sign on her behalf and was also asked to stay at a different location away from witnesses as well as complainants and not to interact with them in any way.

Prosecutor Sesafeleng Dijeng informed the court that the post mortem was done and completed while at the same time the family of the deceased had been identified in Zimbabwe and the deceased body handed over to them. The accused person will return to court on September 6. ENDS
