President Boko Appoints New Cabinet Clerks

President Advocate Duma Boko has officially sworn in Mr Zenene Sinombe as Deputy Clerk to Cabinet and Ms Keitirele Mathape as Assistant Clerk to Cabinet.
Mr Sinombe brings a wealth of diplomatic and multilateral experience to his new role.
He has served as Botswana’s High Commissioner to South Africa and as Counsellor at the Botswana High Commission in Delhi.
Most recently, he held the position of Director of the Department of Multilateral Affairs at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
His extensive experience includes representing Botswana at high-level international forums, such as the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP).
Ms Mathape is recognised for her extensive experience in public administration and broadcasting.
She began her career as a journalist and radio broadcaster for the government, eventually rising to the position of Director at the Department of Broadcasting Services.
In this role, she oversaw state media operations, including Radio Botswana and Botswana Television.
Additionally, she served as Deputy Director at the Ministry of Education, contributing to policy development and administrative oversight. BOPA
