Botswana aides South Sudan

Botswana donated medicine and food supplements to the government of South Sudan on January 29.
A press release from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation said Botswana’s High Commissioner to Kenya, Mr John Moreti handed over the donation on behalf of the government.
It further stated that the humanitarian aid was received by under secretaries of the ministries of health and humanitarian affairs of South Sudan. The release said the donation was in line with Botswana’s objective of contributing towards causes of common good in the international sphere based on the humanitarian spirit, goodwill and empathy.
