Francistown Magistrate Sijabuliso Siziba will on February 12 deliver a ruling on double murder accused Thebe Ndjavera’s bail application.

During the accused’s mention last on January 30, Mr Siziba instructed the defence to have filed their reply to the points of law that the state raised against the bail application by February 6, so that the court can deliver a ruling on February 12.

The accused is facing two counts of murder after allegedly killing his two daughters aged two and four-years-old. He allegedly used a sharp instrument to murder the children in February last year at Somerset East location in Francistown.

Mr Rebatho Rantsudu of KK Sechele Attorneys represented the accused while Mr Chimbisane Sechele of the Directorate of Public Prosecution (DPP) appeared on behalf of the state. ENDS
