MOLEPOLOLE ROAD A12 REOPENS AFTER FLOODING

The Molepolole road has been reopened for use under police close monitoring after being closed during the early hours due to heave downpours that disrupted traffic between Kweneng Gaborone.
In an interview, Mogoditshane/Thamaga District Commissioner, Ms Berenice Berman-Mosime said though the flooding had affected some residential places, they had not yet received any reports of drowning incidents.
Mmopane/Metsimotlhabe Member of Parliament, Ms Helen Manyeneng said the road had to be closed for a while since it was impassable.
She urged parents to look after their children. ends
