Minister implores Batswana to cooperate with law enforcement agencies

Minister for State President, Mr Moeti Mohwasa has urged Batswana to fully cooperate with law enforcement agencies to ensure the safety and well-being of the country.
In an interview, Mr Mohwasa emphasised unity between the public and police in fighting crime and maintaining peace in communities.
“Cooperation with law enforcement is crucial for maintaining order and ensuring that justice prevails. It is essential for all to play their part in supporting the police and helping to create a safer environment for all,” Mr Mohwasa said.
He acknowledged the challenges that law enforcement officers faced, but reiterated government's commitment to provide them with necessary resources and support to carry out their duties effectively.
Mr Mohwasa called on every citizen to act responsibly, remain vigilant and collaborate with authorities to strengthen the relationship between law enforcement agencies and the public. ENDS
