Police hopeful to make arrest soon

Francistown police are hopeful that they will arrest the man who is alledged to have killed his two children in Monarch on July 6.
The suspect, known as Unangoni Salathi, is in his fourth day at large and the police and members of public had since launched a massive manhunt.
Francistown Police station commander, Superintendent, Mogomotsi Kesupile said on the sidelines of the search that they were confident to find him alive.
While on his trail, he said they had found out that the man had spent a night at a friend’s house in Hubona where he left his jacket.
Also, he said they had found out that on the same day, he requested for breakfast in one of the yards in Hubona and he refuted when asked if he was the man the police were looking for.
Salathi, who hails from Matobo, is accused of killing his two children, aged three and 11 months using a knife. Ends
