Bail hearing for murder accused in Jakoba case April 19

Murder accused in the case of Phenyo Jakoba is set to appear again before Molepolole Chief Magistrate Mr Gaseitsewe Tonoki on April 19 for bail hearing.
The bail hearing was postponed on April 18 as the accused Bakang Masole was not served with both initial heads of argument and supplementary on time.
Masole is facing a single charge of Phenyo Jakoba’s murder on or about November 9, 2023, near Mosinki lands in Molepolole.
The accused is also charged with the offence of robbing Jakoba, after stealing his blue Honda Fit car valued at P40 000. ends
