Trial dates for arson case to be set

Francistown Principal Magistrate, Mr Thebeetsile Mulalu has postponed setting trial dates for the matter in which Mgcini Ncube has been charged with arson.
Magistrate Mulalu will set the dates once the Directorate of Public Prosecutions (DPP) has allocated a substantive counsel. He set another mention date for December 31 for the DPP to apprise the court on the progress of the matter.
Earlier, Mr Atinah Mandigo from the DPP said the accused, Mgcini Ncube, had been served with copies of statements as he requested in the previous mention. Ncube is facing two charges torching two houses at Sebina cross lands in August 9 this year. ENDS
