Man appears for murder

A 27-year-old man, has on Monday, appeared before senior magistrate, Ms Keabetswe Majuta facing a count of murder.
The suspect, Theo Sono, who resides at Mmanoko in Kweneng, is alleged to have murdered Dimakatso Jane on November 11.
Public prosecutor, Inspector Thema Marumola told the court that investigations were still at early stages given that the incident happened over the past weekend. He therefore requested that the accused be remanded further in custody.
Insp. Marumola also told the court that post-mortem had been booked and the investigating officer would present more evidence regarding the case when the accused mentions again on November 28. Ends
