Davids murder trial continues 2024

A Gaborone High Court Judge, Michael Leburu, on Monday set the late Isaac Davids murder trial to continue on May 21-24, 2024.
The trial has been set to continue next year following the departure of the case substantive prosecutor, Ms Thato Pascal.
The case has been pending awaiting the appointment of a new prosecutor, and Mr Pascal Mhandu is now the new state prosecutor.
The duo, Jabulani Dube and Mokgalemi Maleya are accused of murdering the then Kgatleng East (now Mochudi East) legislator, Mr Isaac Davids at Sorilatholo village on January 14, 2018.
The first accused person, Dube has been remanded in custody while Maleya has been granted bail. ends
