Ministry to host WITS convention

The Ministry of Local Government and Rural Development will host a two-day WITS convention at Fairgrounds Holdings on November 26-27.
A news release from the ministry stated the theme of the convention will be: Effective Governance and Work Ethics for Quality Service Delivery”.
The convention will address such issues as how to present on projects that were initiated to solve recurring problems within the ministry and its institutions.
The convention would also share information on issues that impacted positively or negatively on the ministry’s performance and come up with strategies for improvement as well as sharing best practices. The ministry will also showcase projects that had a positive impact on service delivery within the ministry. ENDS
