Mmereki Marakakgoro dies

The legendary gospel music singer, Mmereki Marakakgoro, has died. He died in a road accident near Morupule mine early yesterday (April 8).
Superintendent MollyLebala-Moduke of Palapye police said the reowned musician was with a male passenger when their Toyota Surf hit two donkeys, veered off the road and overturned.
Marakakgoro died on the spot while the passenger was taken to the hospital, treated for minor injuries and released same day. ends
