Final examinations season upon us

Botswana Examinations Council (BEC) has announced the commencement of 2022 final examinations.
In a media release, BEC says Primary School Leaving Examinations (PSLE) start today and end on October 12.
It says Junior Certificate Examinations (JCE) started on August 1 and will end on November 4 while Botswana General Certificate of Secondary Education (BGCSE) started on Monday with the last examination scheduled for November 17.
Minister of Education and Skills Development, Dr Douglas Letsholathebe has said 49 494 pupils were sitting for their PSLE, 47 363 for JCE while there were 35 413 candidates for BGCSE.
BEC wishes all examination candidates the best and thanks all examining personnel who are working tirelessly to make the 2022 examinations a success. Ends
