Botswana Brazil exempt visa

The governments of Botswana and that of the Federative Republic Brazil have signed an agreement on exemption of Visa requirements for the nationals of the two countries.
A Wednesday press release from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs says to that effect, Batswana with valid travel documents who do not intend to work, study or reside in Brazil shall be exempted from the requirements to obtain a visa to enter, stay or transit through Brazil.
The release says the duration of each stay shall not exceed 90 days within each period 365 days, adding that any travel to Brazil for a period exceeding 90 days shall be required to obtain a visa.
“This agreement offers an opportunity for Botswana to travel to and explore Brazil for business, tourism, visiting or transit purposes.”
The agreement comes into force immediately. ends
