Ministry postpones National Agric Show

The 2022 National Agricultural Show has been postponed indefinitely.
A press release from the Ministry of Agriculture says the show, which was scheduled for August 29 to September 3, is postponed due to the suspected foot and mouth cases in the North East District.
“This comes after the recent suspension of the movement of all cloven hooved animals (cattle, sheep, goats, pigs etc.).”
The ministry says update on any developments will be communicated in due course. ENDS
