Mogorosi Korae, an accused person who recently assaulted Magistrate Kefilwe Resheng and a police officer failed to turn up in court on Friday.
He was due to appear before magistrate Gaseitsiwe Tonoki.
The prosecutor, Thema Marumolo sought indulgence of court to go and serve the accused.
Following the request, Magistrate Tonoki set the mention date to June 6.
Korae is facing three counts of assaulting magistrate, assaulting police officer and resisting arrest.
He was appearing for a threat to kill case, which he allegedly committed while on bail for murder, when he assaulted the magistrate.
At the time of his mention, he had wanted court refer his case to a different magistrate.
Magistrate Resheng had then advised him that he was not at liberty to choose a preferred magistrate.
In his murder case, Korae is accused of murdering Amantle Segari on December 28 2019.
Segari’s badly decomposed body was found on December 31 at an abandoned yard at Gankane Ward in Molepolole.
