Having observed how workers, especially high flying, busy senior executives are struggling to balance work life demands with their personal lives, Direct BPO, a local company, has  developed a solution geared towards running clients’ personal daily errands.
“Direct Access [new service] is a concierge service that carries out menial, day-to-day tasks for the everyday customer,” said Direct BPO managing director, Ms Asnath Breseno at the launch of the concept on Tuesday.
She said Direct Access was an affordable and convenient subscription-based solution through which clients could acquire access to legal assistance, personal shoppers, event planning, funeral assistance, roadside assist, children’s cabs, home emergency and concierge services by local service providers.
“We pride ourselves in personal, high-touch interactions, centered on delivering exceptional experiences,” she said.
Ms Breseno highlighted that concierge had evolved from being an exclusive service for high flying, busy senior executives, struggling to balance work life demands with their personal or family lives, to being enjoyed by the working class across board, especially with life struggles brought about by the COVID-19 pandemic’s new normal.
The service is said to be in alignment with one of government’s mandate of establishing the country as a business process outsourcing destination.
For her part, Mascom representative, Ms Sapelo Bantsi congratulated Direct BPO for devising innovative solutions to enhance customer experience.
Ms Bantsi said Direct Access came at an opportune time when the country was adjusting to the new normal brought upon by the COVID-19 pandemic, hence there was need for enterprises to modify and accommodate new customer needs.
“For this reason, I believe that the service will save clients valuable time and bring convenience as it is aimed at providing a premier customer experience to clients,” she said. ENDS
