Tau new Court of Appeal President

President Dr Mokgweetsi Masisi has appointed Judge Tebogo Tau as President of the Court of Appeal. The appointment is with effect from December 1, 2021.
A press release from Office of the President says Dr Masisi was exercising his powers vested upon him by section 100(1) of the Constitution. ends
