Fake P100 notes in circulation

Serowe police have sent out a warning to the public that P100 fake notes are in circulation.
Serowe station commander, Supt Paul Molapisi, said in an interview that the fake P100 note bears the serial number AB7424043. Apart from the serial number, the fake note looks the same as the genuine one and explained that the difference can be detected upon close examination.
Mr Molapisi called upon business people and individual members of the public to scrutinise the P100 notes so that they can tell which ones were counterfeits. ENDS
