Police in Serowe are investigating a break-in case at a day care centre at Marobela ward, where property valued at P900 was stolen.
Serowe Police Station commander, Superintendent Poloko Oteng, confirmed the incident in an interview, saying the culprits broke a classroom window to get inside.
The culprits are said to be at large while police investigations are ongoing. Supt Oteng said they were also investigating a house break-in and theft incident at Malela ward, where thieves stole goods worth P2 300.
Police said the owners of the house were away when the thieves broke the door and stole electric appliances. No one has been arrested yet. However, the commander appealed to members of the community to start a neighborhood watch and also report any one appearing suspicious. ENDS
