Two men and a woman who are accused of allegedly murdering Mohanja Rapolanka have appeared for mention before the Serowe Magistrate Johnny Baakile on June 2.

They are a 52-year-old Gladys Dintwa; a traditional healer of Mokwenanyana ward in Serowe, 27-year-old Phaphani Jack, also a traditional healer of Leinanyana ward in Serowe and 34-year-old Keitumetse Saakane, who is unemployed from Mokwenanyana ward in Serowe.

The particulars of the offence are that the accused persons on February18, 2020, at Lesie lands near Moiyabana village, acting together with common purpose, murdered one Mohanja Rapolanka.

They are facing one count of murder contrary to Section 202 as read with 203 of the Penal Code cap 08: 01 of the laws of Botswana and they will appear again on September 15 while Sergeant Tainton Bareki of Botswana Police prosecutes the case. ENDS
