Ramatsebanyana withdraws

Aubrey Ramatsebanyana has withdrawn an election petition before the Court of Appeal (CoA).
CoA president, Justice Ian Kirby said the case had been dismissed with costs. Ramatsebanyana contested for a council seat in Babusi ward with the Umbrella for Democratic Change ticket.
UDC withdrew the case because it was not happy with Court of Appeal ruling in other cases this morning.
