Conspiracy to rob case December 2

Magistrate Tonoki Gaseitsewe has ordered the investigative team in the conspiracy to rob case to furnish the court with necessary statements so that there could be progress in the case. He said that criminal cases should at least take 18 months to be finished.
The prosecution team indicated that one of the accused persons Lebogang Mhotsha has written a confession statement which is still with the district commissioner.
The three jointly accused in this case are Lebogang Mhotsha, Poloko Albert Seduke and Kefilwe Ramoitoi. They will appear again on December 2.
They are charged of having conspired to rob seven people, among them Naledi Leburu, Albert Basinyi, Orapeleng Phetso and Rebaone Gaamangwe Kgaditswe through the aid of six South African men whose identities are not yet known. ENDS
