Bana ba Letsatsi receive toiletry
20 Aug 2013
The New Bethel Apostle Faith Mission church has donated toiletry to orphan children of Bana ba Letsatsi School.
Speaking at handover ceremony, Reverend Bolokang Motsamai said they wanted to support President Lt Gen. Seretse Khama Ian Khama’s mission of caring for the nation.
Rev. Motsamai encouraged Bana Ba Letsatsi students not to despair in whatever challenges they encountered in life. He also encouraged them to turn to Jesus Christ for light, strength and power to overcome any kind of challenge.
The school was established in 2002 with the aim to equip orphans with education and life skills. There was also a back-to-school programme offered to needy and orphaned children, who have failed to go through senior and tertiary schools.
Students were also taught ways of identifying their career paths and one Olebile Emanuel, who is a guitar and was among the top six finalists of My African Dream (MAD) competition. ENDS
