Matsiloje police investigate murder

Police are investigating a case in which a 31-year-old Zimbabwean woman was found murdered in her rented house in Matsiloje on August 1.
In an interview, Superintendent Obert Manji said the matter was reported by a neighbour who was sent by a relative to check on her after efforts to contact her failed.
Supt Manji said police found the woman with wounds and a deep cut on her neck and took her to Nyangabwe Referral Hospital where she was certified dead on arrival.
He said investigations were ongoing and appealed to the public to help them find the perpetrator ENDS
