Nine recuperating after accident

Nine people survived a horrible accident that occurred along the Morwa-Mochudi junction on the A1 highway on July 29.
In an interview, Mochudi Station Commander Superintendent Otsile Fani said the accident involved a 65-seater bus carrying 60 passengers and a Mazda Excela with three passengers.
Supt Fani said the bus was ferrying members of Christ Embassy Church from Gaborone to Maun.
He said the Mazda passengers sustained critical injuries and were hospitalised at the Gaborone Private Hospital while those who were aboard the bus were admitted at various hospitals including Deborah Retief Memorial and Princess Marina.
He also said investigations are still ongoing to establish the cause of the accident. ENDS
