 Le Gardenia wedding expo that was slated for June 10 is set to take place tomorrow (July 29) still at Ba Isago University in Block 7, Gaborone.

The wedding expo, organised by Kaone Malete and Gabriella Garaba, looks to bring together customers and businesses that deal with weddings to share ideas on planning for weddings as well as providing access to the best service.

 In an interview, Malete said Le Gardenia name was chosen to create a garden wedding theme hence the rest of the university hall would look like a garden.

 Malete noted that the expo would give service providers an opportunity to showcase their services and they are expecting close to 500 people to attend.

 The expo, sponsored by Ba Isago University, would attract people who provide various services on gowns, cakes, make-up and deco.

“Some of the sponsors include Glow Up Studios, Cakes for You, Gorge Makeup, Barona Jewellery, Fane Communications Media as well as White Lace Events who will be giving away vouchers at the event,” she said.

Malete said Glow Up Studios would offer some lucky customers 50 per cent discount on wedding gowns and White Lace Events would also offer 50 per cent discount to customers for deco.

Malete said entrance fee would be P50 and that the first 50 ticket buyers would be given hampers.

 VIP stalls are set at P1 500 but the first 20 stalls are sold at P1 200 while a tent stall will be sold at P1 000 whereas for the garden it is P800. ENDS
