In an interview with ABOSPA regional chairperson, Alpheus Otlaadisa said the competitions had grown in the past three years with more schools joining in.
Otlaadisa indicated that all five sub-regional schools participated in the festival.
The competitions, he said brought primary and junior school learners together to share skills and ideas.
Although the competitions encountered challenges mostly shortage of transport, Otlaadisa said they were never discouraged.
ABOSPA, Otlaadisa said was formed by teachers through their employer.
This year’s festival hosted seven primary schools from Lobatse Sub-region, eight junior secondary schools and senior schools from the Southern region.
