Central police investigate murder suicide

Francistown Central police are investigating a case in which a 35-year-old man was found stabbed to death.
In an interview on Monday, the station commander, Superintendent Maniki Lebalang said the victim, who lived in Donga location, but hailed from Gabane, was stabbed with a sharp object.
Police are yet to arrest the suspects regarding the case.
Supt Maniki said they were also investigating a case in which a 42-year-old man allegedly committed suicide at Ntshe location still in Francistown.
He explained that the deceased was found hanging on a tree on Saturday morning and was reported by passers-by to the police.
Supt Maniki also warned the public of a hippopotamus found in the outskirts of Donga farms and pleaded to the public to be on alert at all times and not to provoke the hippo as it could be dangerous. ENDS
