Moiyabana suspects on bail

The 42 suspects who were arrested last month in Moiyabana after vandalising kgotla offices, three police vehicles and torching a vehicle belonging to the village deputy headman were on Monday granted bail.
The feud started following the disappearance of a 36-year-old man who up to now has not been found.
In an interview with BOPA, Assistant Superintendent Bopelo Ntatiwa of Serowe police said the bail was granted on condition that they did not communicate with witnesses and should report to the police every last day of the month.
The suspects are expected to appear for mention on February 28.
