The Gospel of God's Grace (3G) Ministries will converge at the National Stadium for the annual crossover service, which has become a significant crowd pulling event for the end of the year calendar.
The event, which has over the years saw magnitudes of believers from within the country and outside fill the National Stadium, will this year be a two-day service on the 30th and 31st December, with the latter service ushering in a new year.
The six-year old Kopong based church led by Prophet Cedric Kobedi has over the years grown to attract followers from within the country and across the borders due to alleged miracles, signs and wonders attached to the church.
The crossover message was launched recently, when the congregants led by Prophet Cedric were seen issuing invites to the city residents in various shopping centres.
The days started at the church premises, with scores of branded vehicles on motorcade crisscrossing through Metsimotlhabe, Mogoditshane and Gaborone, where teams were dispatched at various malls to issue invites to shoppers and residents.
The motorcades got onlookers cheering and bringing traffic to standstill before converging at Molapo Crossing for photo shoot and disburse.
Addressing the congregants, Prophet Cedric said the motorcade was a success and encouraged them not to shy away from proclaiming their faith in Christ in public.
He said devoting time to partake in the motorcade and branding their cars with the crossover message was a significant contribution as it spread the Gospel of Christ, which 'liberates and brings peace to people'.
Prophet Cedricsaid many souls would be 'liberated' through attending the two-day end of the year service. ENDS
