Serowe-based DJ, Kabelo Motlhankana aka DJ King’s who has just released a single dubbed, Gosiame is certainly going to wow music enthusiasts during the festive season with the song’s appealing tempo.

The two-month old single was brewed from his studio, Kings Multimedia Studio in Serowe and it was mastered by the GC’s finest DJ Kuchi, who is known for masterpieces such as Hey you.

Gosiame is not only entertaining, but is also heavily messaged given its lyrics.

The song is a must to listen to as it is about love, hope and forgiveness.

DJ King is not new in the music industry, as he has worked with various artistes in the past, and he released his debut titled Lereme in 2014. Lereme, too enjoyed massive airplay given its content.

The artist revealed that he unleashed his potential in his latest release, which was nominated for Botswana Musician Union (BOMU) awards in the first month of its release. Although, he did not scoop the award in his category, the DJ stated that being nominated for the prestigious awards was an honour.

 “I know that I am a force to reckon with. The nomination has motivated me and given me the confidence that I am in the right direction.”

The youthful DJ said the response towards the song was overwhelming especially given that it had not been launched yet.

He said the new release would be rocking this festive season due to its growing popularity given massive airplay it had been enjoying on different radio stations, and had been performing in other events.

Real life challenges influence the kind of music he sings, and also wants the listeners to learn something via his tunes.

“Gosiame is derived from the biblical notion that is mostly used by many to give themselves hope that all will be well,” he said.

He features Palapye-based artist, Lebogang Nkwanana as a vocalist in his single.

Although he has a long line-up where he will perform during the festive, the song will be launched next year. ENDS
