Dipotsana Primary School continues good run

Assistant Minister of Basic Education, Mr Moiseraela Goya is impressed by Dipotsana Primary School management for their commitment to achieving the school target.


Speaking during the excellence award ceremony on Friday, Mr Goya said it was through quality service delivery that someone is recognised and appreciated in what they did.

The school was celebrating academic excellence and 30th anniversary.


The school passed with 100 per cent in the A and B category, occupying position one out of 48 schools for the Primary School Leaving Examination (PSLE) results in the Good Hope Sub-district.


Mr Goya applauded the teachers for having the interest of the pupils at heart, by trying by all means to nurture them for a better future.


He stated that it was the commitment of the teachers which made them to continuously excel and attain competitive results despite working under difficult conditions.


For her part, the school head, Mrs Cynthia Seelo said parents and other stakeholders also attended meetings and other school activities without fail as they understood the importance of education, which attitude motivated pupils.
She explained that teachers had developed the spirit of volunteerism as they created time for pupils even during weekends. ENDS
