Police investigate murder

Tati-Town police in Francistown are investigating an incident in which a 63-year-old woman was found dead in July 21 at around 11 am along the A3 road on the southern side of the Sowa railway line.
In an interview July 22, Superintendent Cyprian Magalela revealed that the incident was reported to them by a male person aged 44, who is the son of the deceased.
He revealed that the woman was taken to Nyangabgwe Referral Hospital where she was certified dead on arrival. Supt. Magalela said the son was held by the police in connection with the incident.
Furthermore, Supt. Magalela said they found a vehicle belonging to the suspect at the scene. He said it was the fourth murder incident in his policing area since January. Ends
