Police arrest woman for murder

Police have arrested a 30-year-old woman in connection with the murder of a 11-year old boy.
The boy was reported missing at Block 3 in Gaborone since the beginning of March this year.
A press release from Botswana Police Service states that the body of the deceased was exhumed by the police at a hill near Mmankgodi on Tuesday April 12.
It states that the boy, who was a pupil at Bosele Primary School, left his home for school and never returned.
The release states that since then, the search party for the boy continued until the discovery was made and the woman has been remanded in custody and will appear before Broadhurst Magistrate Court in April 21. ENDS
