Apostle Nonofo Mataboge who heads Assemblies of God Church in Maun has released 11- track gospel album dubbed Realm of Worship volume one which was launched on April 30 at Maduo Lodge.

The album which took eight years to be released is a hit and carries a clear, strong message about the love of God. It also communicates the message of hope, healing, encouragement and restoration.

The album will soon hit the shelves after the Apostle has finalised the logistics of a barcode. He said after the launch, he is going to embark in a countrywide tour to promote the album.

Giving an overview of the album, Apostle Mataboge said Realm of Worship project is gaining the recognition and support from many other key influential personalities in the entertainment industry, adding that they have been receiving a positive feedback from fans and supporters since its release.

He said the release of the album will go beyond music as he is going to conduct workshops, gospel clinic empowerment and education with an aim to create a platform for other artistes who have passion and will to venture into music industry.

The Mogapi -born pastor revealed that the project has already inspired other gospel ministries to aim for excellence in their ministerial pursuits, adding that some church ministers are about to unleash their potential as a result of the inspiration they got from his album.

Apostle Mataboge said he want to compliment, help and support others to produce something of high quality. His aim is to create a network of support and ensure gospel music is taken to another level.

He said the album will add value to what “our forefathers had started like the National Anthem which preaches accepting tolerance, love, unity, discipline and self-reliance amongst Batswana.”

He said each song is a hit and that  he has involved other people to lead some songs because he did not want the album to sound monotonous.

Apostle Mataboge who is also a writer and composer revealed that his album was mastered in Johannesburg by a certain producer who worked with big giants in the music industry in likes of Lucky Dube.

Narrating how he started in music, Apostle Mataboge said his passion for music dates back to his primary school life as he used to listen to gospel music. He said in 2007, he tried his luck in music career, but his project was not successful because of lack of market.

“I managed to undertake the project through the support of my wife, family and other well-wishers who supported me in kind,” he added. Ends
