After giving it so much thought, Ramotswa born Katlo Kedimotse decided to follow his heart to his dream.

Dreaming of being an entrepreneur, Kedimotse would not allow anything to stand before his plan. 

And when unemployment seemed like it will dent his destiny, that presented an opportune moment for the youthful dreamer to sharpen his mantle.

He started designing 100 Razi printed t-shirts that turned out to be the remedy to dispel the jaws of unemployment.

In coming up with the brand name, Kedimotse coined something he believed would remain unique to Ramotswa, which is a place of his origin.

Though armed with a diploma in electrical and electronic engineering from New Era College, Kedimotse found solace in art printing and he eventually registered a company, Real Escapade in 2014. He uses his creativity to live his dream and discovered his passion for art at junior school where he used to win the award for best art student.

He explains that after completing his tertiary education he never looked back but decided to start his own business, by starting off with branded t-shirts which became a household name. The rising entrepreneur proudly admits that his business has grown from printing to digital printing, lighting box, billboards, designing different types of stickers and car branding.

Already, Kedimotse has opened branches in Ramotswa, Francistown and another one is to open in Kasane this month.

“I work with big companies, I do some work for them,” said the entrepreneur whose main customers are the youth.

The Razi brand maker, who got married to his longtime girlfriend in January, says his wife is his inspiration because she understands his vision and motivates him.

Kedimotse says he financed his business through his savings, adding that creativity drives him in giving his business the best.

He says Real Escapade has already hired five employees who understand the motive behind the business, indicating that being dedicated and determined works because he is giving his business all the attention it deserves.

He explained that he does not see himself doing anything else besides expanding the business around the country.

Kedimotse further advises youth to follow their passion and that success will follow them and also encouraged them not to give up no matter the circumstances. Ends
