Moroka case judgement April 8

Justice Godfrey Nthomiwa of Lobatse High will on April 8 pass judgement of a case in which Mr Neo Moroka is being sued.
Ms Margret Danster has sued Mr Moroka for P2 million for the killing of her son, Kealeboga Danster in 2014 . Justice Nthomiwa set the date after attorneys in the case presented their heads of arguments to the court.
Attorney Kgosietsile Ngakaagae represented Mr Moroka whilst Letlhogonolo Makgane appeared for Ms Danster. Mr Moroka allegedly shot and killed Kealeboga at his (Moroka) farm in 2014, saying he mistook the victim for a dog. Ends
