North West Officer Commanding Senior Superintendent Chabaesele Kesupetswe said a security guard at Fresh Exclusive reported that there was a man lying unconscious near the night club around 3am.
He said the police took the man to Letsholathebe II Memorial Hospital where he was certified dead on arrival.
Although he could not disclose what could have caused the man’s death, he said the deceased’s face was bruised. He said they have not yet found the family of the deceased who is still kept at Letsholathebe hospital mortuary.
“The deceased was found wearing a pair of grey trousers, a black and white golf T- shirt and black sneakers with red and white stripes,” he said.
He added that the deceased is dark in complexion, slim and is suspected to be aged between 40 and 45 years. Senior Superintendent Kesupetswe further appealed to anyone who might have information about the deceased to come forth and help identify him.
He also asked anyone who might know the deceased’s cause of death to contact them. He said police investigations were ongoing to determine the cause of death.
