A Molepolole man facing charges of rape, threat to kill and stealing has expressed delight at being remanded in custody.
Moatlhodi Kotlhao,27, said he would have time to think about all the offences the complainant implicates him in, adding that
the complainant wants to get him into trouble.
Applying for the accused to be remanded in custody, state prosecutor, Assistant Superintendent Seth Tau said the complainant was the girlfriend to the accused, and that the prosecution was of the view that she would not be safe if the accused was not remanded.
