Francistown Police investigate murder

Police in Francistown are investigating an incident in which a 60-year-old man was found dead at his work place on Saturday October 24.
In an interview with BOPA recently, Superintendent Lebalang Maniki said they received a report on Sunday October 25 that an employee of Security Services was found dead.
When they rushed to the scene, they found the man and both his hands were tied with strings. He was then taken to Nyangabgwe Referral Hospital (NRH) mortuary.
Supt Maniki said the suspects also broke into the office and stole items worth more than P200 000 together with airtime from different mobile networks.
Furthermore Supt Maniki said the old man was from Nata village and staying in Francistown.
Supt Maniki pleaded with the public to report such to the nearest police station if they found suspicious people selling airtime of different mobile networks.ENDS
