After Parliament released a total development budget of P12.93 billion for the 2015/2016 financial year, Minister of Finance and Development Planning, Mr Kenneth Matambo, emphasised the need to continously strive for a balance between economic and social investment decisons.
Above all, he said, there was need to ensure value for money throughout project and programmes implementation process. Thus, efficiency, effectiveness and financil discipline guiding principles in implementing programmes, projects for 2015/16 financial year.
